Project Name: Office headquarters building
Location: Cadastral zone, FCT Abuja
Year: 2013
Project Details
Every project comes with a deadline, but some are tougher than others most especially when you are working alongside other architects who also have their own standards and high delivery expectations. This office building was one of three options worked upon by our team of architects. Involved all the way throughout the conceptual design stage, the PWO architects decided to take this project to the next level by including more challenging and functional features to the building. With executive offices dominating the top of the building and a helipad to service them, this office headquarters building has more than meets the eye. The entire building was designed and modelled without sparing any detail.
Chronos’ moments
Quite a lot of Red Bull drinks went down on this project [laugh]. Coordinating design communication was at first a challenge as many hands took on the project from conceptualization to detailed design. However, after the first few days, things took shape, notwithstanding, this is another great submission.

Hello Hassan, I am so impressed with what I’m seeing, kudos! Please I am a final year student of Architecture at Federal Poly, Oko. I’ve struggled to make my designs look like what you have but I’m constrained with Archicad and Artlantis studio. Please what BIM software and rendering software do you work with? thanks and cheers!
Hi Obinwanne.. Archicad is fantastic, I am not so certain about Artlantis. Usually, we use Archicad and Revit then 3Dsmax and Vray to render. Wishing you all the best
Thanks for the clarification. I’ll have to get a 3Dmax software and Vray.
