Project Name: Asiko Residences
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Year: 2013
Project Details
‘Asiko’ means ‘time’ in yoruba language. Conceptualized to be a ‘timeless piece’, the premium luxury apartments located in the Oniru area of Lagos is an upcoming ‘baby’ which will redefine luxury living on Lagos Island. A ground-up design brainwork of the Chronos Studeos team, every part of this project has been carried out with outstanding precision and care. The team was hired to give the client’s ideas a top-notch development into a profitable project. We are only showcasing about 3% of the entire project in this blogpost as it is still a work-in-progress. However, a full-blown presentation will be published on the main website by our online media team as soon as the scheme is completed and approved.
Chronos’ moments
Working hand in hand with the team at Probuild, a first class building development company, has really been an experience. Modelling the interior spaces out of minimalistic ideas merged with contemporary interior design was done with high precision. Defining a theme for this project was that part we enjoyed the most. We love Africa, we love nature. We are inspired. Always inspired.

Hello Hassan, I am so impressed with what I’m seeing, kudos! Please I am a final year student of Architecture at Federal Poly, Oko. I’ve struggled to make my designs look like what you have but I’m constrained with Archicad and Artlantis studio. Please what BIM software and rendering software do you work with? thanks and cheers!
Hi Obinwanne.. Archicad is fantastic, I am not so certain about Artlantis. Usually, we use Archicad and Revit then 3Dsmax and Vray to render. Wishing you all the best
Thanks for the clarification. I’ll have to get a 3Dmax software and Vray.
