OPEN POSITIONS

Architect – Full time

Requirements

• 2years + experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/ArchiCAD and Sketch-up
• Expert design skills and the ability to create innovative solutions to complex design problems
• Skilled at multi-tasking and working towards multiple deadlines
• Self- motivated and able to work independently to lead design team
• Experience at working in a fast paced collaborative design environment
• Proven experience of providing excellent client services coupled with strong communication and organizational skills
• Degreed in Architecture. Masters degree preferable from an accredited University.

Responsibilities

Understanding the design project and the construction phase. Shall prepare, and develop where required, drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design. Will assist where required in the coordination of the internal design team. Will also take responsibility, where required by the project leader, for specific areas of the design and project development. Will work closely on site with all teams involved in construction and provide as applicable issued drawings and revisions.

Architect – Paid Internship

Requirements

• Recently graduated from an accredited University
• Must be very good in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3D software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on design projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development. Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Resolve complex technical and design issues. Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination. Provide project team coordination with the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction. Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples. Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs

3D Visualizer – Full time

Requirements

• Must have a strong background in 3D visualization of architectural projects including Façade and Interiors of Commercial, Residential, and Retail project types to join our growing studio.
• Vray is a must.
• Knowledge of other 3D software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Candidates must have a strong design sense and the ability to work to complete a project as part of a team, and to manage all aspects of the visualization pipeline – inclusive of 3D modeling, lighting, texturing and rendering as a sole renderer. The team member will work closely with the design team throughout the design process with opportunities to help shape the design. The ability to self-start and self-manage is a must.

3D Animator –Full time

Requirements

• Must have a strong background in 3D visualization of architectural projects (Interiors & Exteriors).
• Lumion, 3dsMax & Vray are compulsory.
• Other keyframing and animation software will be an advantage
• Animation keyframing & ability to work with bipeds is a plus.
• Light, wind and particles simulation knowledge may be considered.
• Must be willing to learn how to manage nodes & netrendering across workstations.

Responsibilities

Candidate must have innovative sense & high imagination. Team member will work closely with 3D visualizer regarding texture resolutions, light subdivs and overall frame rendering. The ability to self-start and self-manage is a must.

Post-production Graphics Artist – Full time

Requirements

• Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, After Effects, Fusion or Nuke a plus.
• Familiarity with pipeline issues and a typical post production environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to take direction and pay close attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a team environment or individually on projects
• Must have a positive attitude

Responsibilities

The ultimate visual impression back-end Artist; candidate must have experience with shades, lights, renders and compositing. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio. Candidate will be responsible for final scene productions from raw 3D renderings & architectural plans.

Interior Designer – Full time

Requirements

• Sketchup/ArchiCAD/Revit knowledge required.
• Education; Degree in Architecture, Interior design or any related qualifications (Otherwise, show proof of vast experience).
• Portfolio of works showing design thoughts, workflow & past experience is a big plus.
• Extensive ability to understand & create moods, lighting, ambience, spatial design and textures.
• High taste level with regards to color, finishes, design style; knows how to keep oneself inspired & spark motivation in others
• Passionate about design/architecture,

Responsibilities

Will work with the Interior Design Team Lead. Will plan, design, and furnish interiors of residential, commercial, or retail buildings. Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes. Understands services coordination and overall installation detailing. Meet with architects, plumbers, electricians, painters and other specialists to coordinate plans and make sure all requirements are met. The designer oversees the installation of the interior space at different stages to precision.

Interior Designer – Paid Internship

Requirements

• Recently graduated from an accredited University
• Must be very good in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3D software is a plus.
• Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Powerpoint & Excel.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on design projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development. Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples. Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.

Multimedia Design Specialist – Full time

Requirements

• Under general direction, designs, develops, maintains and produces a variety of multimedia, graphics, audio and video production to support client and program needs; performs related duties as required.
• After effects, Sound Forge, Sony Vegas Pro, Premiere, Audacity, Final Cut Pro,
• Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described below.
• Advanced coursework in multimedia & graphic design
• Website design  (WordPress/Joomla/Squarespace/Visual Composer) is desirable.

Responsibilities

Work hand-in-hand with Graphics Lead. Creatively translate abstract concepts into effective visual form in a variety of media; adapt graphics to fit needs of clients and target audience; utilize state of the art production tools to design, edit, and produce video, audio, and graphic materials; communicate effectively in both oral and written form; research and learn new software and adapt to changes in technology; work individually on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the course of work.

Marketing Co-ordinator – Full time

Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
• Minimum (0) zero to (2) two years of relevant experience in marketing management with proven success on various platforms.
• Must have wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution.
• Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, keep eyes on analytics and be resourceful under pressure.
• Experience working with agency/client partners, exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction is a plus.
• Great command of software and general computing knowledge is extremely important.
• Knowledge of, and willingness to learn and use 3 or more of Surveymonkey, Mailchimp, ZOHO, Dropbox, GoogleDrive/Docs is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; placing orders; verifying receipt. Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests. Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. Plans meetings and establishing contacts; developing schedules; coordinating mailing lists. Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts of products/services.
