While there is no strict definition of a boutique hotel, the genre does tend to have some common features, the architecture and design is as unique as its operations and is one of the distinguishing features for each hotel. This project required Chronos Studeos and our partner, Structured Spaces to design proper finishing schemes for a proposed Boutique Hotel.

The project features Brilliant Cotton White Weather-proof Exterior Paint Colour which keeps the Hotel visible from any part of the Lekki Shorelines. A well-designed pool is almost as important as the hotel itself, which is why we have scoured the globe for the most awe-inspiring designs which will keep the clients coming back.
